Return & Refund Policy

Brands Trade aims to provide a straightforward return and refund process while protecting your statutory UK consumer rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligible purchases can generally be returned under applicable statutory cancellation rights. You normally have 14 calendar days from receiving the goods to notify us, followed by a further 14 days to return them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

How to Start a Return

To notify us of a cancellation or request a return, email info@brandstrade.online or call +44 7828 206761. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. For a faulty or incorrect item, describe the problem and include photographs if available. Contact us for the appropriate postal return instructions and address. Keep proof of postage when returning an item. This process does not limit your statutory rights.

Condition of Returned Products

Products should be returned in the condition required by applicable law and should only have been handled as reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise or applicable UK law requires us to cover the cost.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly. We will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Exchanges

We do not normally offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you may return the original item where eligible and place a new order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds are processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and generally within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or appropriate evidence of return, as applicable.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge an arbitrary restocking fee for statutory cancellations. Where legally permitted, a deduction may apply if goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
