Products, Pricing and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability and prices accurate. Products remain subject to availability and genuine pricing or listing errors may be corrected.

Orders and Payments

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, product, quantity and delivery information. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. Payment may be handled by third-party payment providers.

Shipping

We currently deliver to eligible UK addresses. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery is generally expected within approximately 4–8 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional to delivery time. Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by applicable UK statutory cancellation and consumer rights. You normally have 14 calendar days from receiving eligible goods to notify us of cancellation, followed by a further 14 days to return them, subject to legal exceptions. Customers are generally responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not normally offer exchanges. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method in accordance with applicable UK law.

Order Cancellation

Contact Brands Trade as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment, but statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or not-as-described product, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where helpful. We will provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable UK consumer law.
